There are 6 artists by the name Arsenal. 1: Arsenal were formed after the split of the seminal post-punk outfit Big Black in 1987; Steve Albini went on to form Rapeman and then Shellac, whilst Santiago Durango went on to form Arsenal, who released two fuzzy EPs, hot with fleas. 'Factory Smog is a Sign of Progress,' can be previewed at last.fm. 2:Whilst Santiago's Arsenal was of the abrasive variety, the music of Hendrik Willemyns & John Roan, also released under the name of Arsenal, delivers a smoothly produced lounge funk, and first appeared in 1999 with the EP "Release".
